Some of the most meaningful moments happen away from a film set. I value the chance to bring warmth to people through community and hospital appearances.
Community and hospital appearances
A little joy can mean a lot
A friendly character can help an unfamiliar day feel lighter. A wave or a shared moment of play can offer a welcome pause. I’m grateful to use my experience as an actor to help create those moments with care.
Community appearances
At local programs and special events, I want each appearance to feel welcoming and suited to the people there. Characters are selected for the setting. Realistic bear costumes are not part of the hospital-visit program, typically.
Care comes first
Hospital appearances are arranged with the host organization, and a dedicated handler stays with the character throughout. We follow the host’s guidance on access, safeguarding, timing and interactions. Photography and video are off by default; any use needs appropriate permission.
Service area and planning
TV Bears International coordinates hospital and community visits across Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Orange County, and communities through Riverside. Each request is planned with the host organization to fit its needs and guidelines.

A personal approach
A calm, caring visit
I know from my own experience with mental health and neurodivergence, including ADHD, that a kind interaction can matter. A friendly character, approached calmly and with care, may bring a welcome break to a difficult day. A quiet hello or playful moment can help someone feel less alone, without pressure to talk or join in. I follow each person’s cues and the guidance of staff or family, and give them room to watch or step away. For some, a visit can feel soothing and therapeutic. Seeing someone relax or smile makes it meaningful for me, too.
Giving time to causes I care about
I’ve given my time to causes that support children and families, including Give Kids The World Village. This nonprofit resort in Central Florida provides weeklong, cost-free wish vacations for children with critical illnesses and their families. The stay gives families a chance to step away from medical routines and make memories together.
I’ve also supported charities that help therapy animals and guide dogs, along with groups working to protect bears and build public understanding about them.
A Quiet Corner
I’m developing a new page called A Quiet Corner. It will link to Patreon videos about my experiences with ADHD and autism. I’m making them for people who prefer long-form videos with a calm pace and minimal visual distraction, without flashy, attention-grabbing edits.
